Product Description & Process Details
PP Nickel Plating Tanks are manufactured using premium-grade virgin Polypropylene sheets that offer superior resistance to nickel plating solutions, alkaline cleaners, and process chemicals.
The tank body is fabricated using advanced thermal fusion welding technology to ensure completely leak-proof construction with excellent electrical insulation and corrosion resistance. Reinforced supports, overflow systems, and busbar arrangements can be customized according to customer requirements.
This construction is ideal for small to medium capacity nickel plating plants where long service life and low maintenance are essential.
