Product Description & Process Details
PP Copper Plating Tanks are manufactured using premium virgin Polypropylene sheets that provide exceptional resistance against copper plating chemicals and acidic solutions.
The tank body is thermally fusion welded to create a completely leak-proof structure while maintaining excellent mechanical strength. Reinforced support structures, busbar supports, overflow arrangements, and drain systems can be incorporated according to customer requirements.
These tanks are widely used in copper electroplating plants where corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and long service life are critical.
